Privy is not configured

Auth and embedded Solana wallets are handled by Privy. Two minutes of setup:

1. 1Create an app at dashboard.privy.io.
2. 2Enable email / Google / X login, and Solana embedded wallets with "create on login" for users without wallets.
3. 3Copy apps/web/.env.local.example to apps/web/.env.local and paste the App ID into NEXT_PUBLIC_PRIVY_APP_ID.
4. 4Restart the dev server (pnpm dev).
